What I do

I guide you through every step of the transaction while eliminating as much stress and as many surprises as possible.

How I do it
In a sea of hungry agents circling you like you’re their next meal, I strive to be your life-long trusted real estate advisor, not just your one transaction stand. I’m not motivated by the prospect of closing the next deal. I’m driven to help you achieve your goals in hopes that I will earn your trust and loyalty and become your trusted Nashville real estate resource for life.

Why I do it
I became a real estate advisor in 2005 for three reasons. I enjoy meeting and working with people, I like the freedom that being self-employed allows, and I want to have fun while making money. My career gives me the flexibility and means to pursue all of the pastimes that inspire me to work hard in the first place. I get paid to help friends with all of their real estate needs and I can’t imagine a better way to make a living.

Parks Properties Agent Council: A group consisting of six members elected by peers. Some duties include: interviewing prospective new agents, constantly thinking of ways to improve the office, and organizing office functions.

Bob Parks Realty Agent Council: A group consisting of two agents from each Bob Parks Realty office elected by peers to represent the office at monthly meetings with Bob Parks.

Greater Nashville Association of Realtors Environmental Committee: Increasing awareness among the Nashville real estate community of ways to lessen the environmental impact associated with homebuilding, renovating, and homeownership.
